Myoful — Delete your account and data

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Myoful and go to Settings. 2. Choose Delete account. 3. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and the data listed below are deleted permanently. This cannot be undone.

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, email cla892us+myoful@gmail.com from the address you use to sign in to Myoful, with the subject "Delete my account". Sending from your sign-in address is how we confirm the request is really yours — we cannot action a request we are unable to verify. We complete verified requests within 30 days, and usually far sooner, and confirm in writing when it is done.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Account — your sign-in credentials and email address.
• Profile — weight, medication, current dose, phase, and protein target.
• Food logs — every meal entry, and your saved foods.
• Injection log — every recorded dose, site, date, and reminder.
• Check-ins — side effects, appetite, and energy entries.
• Weight entries — all weight and body-fat records.
• Hydration and training — all water and resistance-training records.
• Weekly summaries — all generated scores and the inputs behind them.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records. If you subscribed, the record of that transaction is held by Google Play and by our subscription provider to meet tax and financial record-keeping obligations. We cannot delete those, and they contain no health data.
• Encrypted backups. Deleted records may remain in routine encrypted database backups for up to 30 days before those backups age out. They are not reachable from the app during that window and are not used for any purpose.
• Proof of the request. We keep a minimal record that a deletion request was made and completed, so we can show we honoured it.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription on its own. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions before you request deletion.
